What it was
Upload 15 to 25 selfies, train a model on your face, then generate portraits in any scene or style. I built all of it: onboarding, payments, training, generation and the gallery.
It did not work out as a product. Image models got good enough to make convincing photos of a person without a model per user, and that removed the main reason to pay for it.
How it worked
Training: upload photos → validate and prepare → captions → Flux LoRA → personal model
Generation: describe a scene → enhance prompt → Flux → image and thumbnail → gallery
Uploads went through MediaPipe, OpenCV and Pillow checks for faces, duplicates, quality and variety before training on Replicate. Redis and Celery ran the long jobs, S3 held the files behind signed URLs, and Mercado Pago handled payments.
